Date de naissance : 18 juillet 1961

Lieu de décès : Kamloops, Colombie Britannique, Canada
Date de décès : 14 octobre 2011

July 18, 1961 - October 14, 2011

Don passed away peacefully with his soul-mate Debbie by his side on October 14, 2011 at R.I.H. at the age of 50 years.

Don is survived by his Mom Katie Coffin, five sisters Pansey, Linda (Harold), Sandra (Pat), Bev (Walter), Marlynn (Norm), Newfoundland, two brothers Ray, Saskatchewan and Perry (Debbie), Ontario. He leaves behind numerous extended family from Newfoundland and B.C., as well as his beloved cat Miss Bud.

Don was a longtime resident of Chase, B.C. He was born in Botwood, Newfoundland and his family then moved to Bishops Falls, Newfoundland where he grew until this adventurous spirit sent him on a journey across Canada by train. Stopping and visiting most of the provinces, he reached beautiful B.C. where he found his love of the lakes and mountains and settled for 20+ years. He was a man of integrity, generosity, goodwill as well as easy going, fun-loving & happy with his accomplishments.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all who assisted and attended to Donny in his final hours. The Chase Ambulance, Pastor Viktor Gundel, R.I.H. Emergency Staff, Doctors & Nurses, Schoenings Funeral Home all who are compassionate and professional people, and privately I would like to thank his close friends for their help and time when Donny was in need, you made a difference to his quality of life, especially after his stroke.

To Sandy & Dorothy - Thanks - With Love.

A informal get together will be held on Sunday, October 30th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at The Chase Legion #107, Chase, B.C.

By request his cremated remains are to be buried with his Dad in Newfoundland.

Donations to Chase Christmas Hamper or SPCA.
