Passed peacefully away on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, age 85 years. Predeceased by husband Bernard in March, 1992 and brother Hubert. Left with fond and loving memories daughter Brenda (Robert Wilson); sons, David (Theresa), Bruce (Margie), Sean (Renee Keough); grandchildren, Paul Penney (Alison), Scott Penney (Joy), Jonathan Penney (Krista), Melanie Wilson, Melissa (Daniel Bourgeois), Marc Wilson (Iyla), Geoff Penney, Stephen Penney and Nicolas Keough; six great-grandchildren; sister Ruth Gould; brother-in-law Ron Penney; sisters-in-law Josephine Kelly, Mary Penney, Monica Penney and Susan Greaves (Scotland). Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Monday, October 24th from 7 pm – 9 pm and Tuesday, October 25th from 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, October 26th at 10:00 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
