Theresa Richards, RN, 83, died Oct. 23, 2009, at M.W. Medical Center, Framingham, Mass.
A 1947 graduate of St. Joseph’s School of Nursing she continued her nursing career until retirement in 1987. One of her many pleasures in life was crossing the Causeway to be home on her beloved Island with family and friends.
She leaves to mourn her husband, Albert LaPage; only daughter, Beverly Stonionis (Joseph); grandson, David Stonionis (Oceanna) and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by parents, Alexander and Margaret (Boutilier) Gillis,10 brothers and seven sisters.
