Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Center, in the presence of her precious children, Georgina Morris, retired employee of St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, aged 62 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Kevin (March, 2000), brother Glyn Hannam, father Jack Hannam, and mother-in-law Bessie Morris. Leaving to mourn her devoted daughter Gina Evoy (Keith); 2 sons: Keith, and John; her 2 little angels - granddaughter Gailene Morrissa and grandson Tyler Jude. Saddened by the loss, her mother Iris Hannam; father-in-law Norman Morris; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Yvonne Hannam, Janet Ann Costello, Lillian Cugnet, Cheryl Lynn Morris, Norman Morris, Bob Morris, Duncan Morris and their families; Georgina was surrounded and loved by very special friends, Loretta Hart and Deloris Pidgeon, and although not by birth, her ‘other’ daughters: April Woodford, Missy Power, Charlotte Bristow, Michelle Edmunds, Susan Smith and Cathey Williams, will miss her dearly and hold on to their special memories. Special thanks to Dr. Kara Laing, and the staff at both the Cancer Care Clinic (HSC), and the L.A. Miller Center, for their support and compassion. Also a special thanks to Georgina’s Homecare Providers: Theresa Williams and Jackie Chafe, and those who cared for Georgina during her final days - your acts of kindness and concern will never be forgotten. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Thursday, October 27, 2011, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A private family Funeral Service and Interment will follow.
