Florence Haswell (nee Guy) passed away on October 25, 2009 in Creston, BC at the age of 99 years. Florence was born in Glasgow, Scotland on October 9, 1910 to parents Samuel and Ada Guy. In 1933 they moved to Moose Jaw, SK where Florence attended school. Florence was a member of Royal Purple. Florence was predeceased by her husband James Napier Haswell, her parents Samuel and Ada, sisters Lil and Bell and brother Sandy. She will be lovingly remembered by her only child Richard (Anne) Haswell, two nieces, two nephews as well as numerous grandchildren. A Tea will be held on Sunday November 1, 2009 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the residence of Anne & Dick Haswell, #8 - 724 Devon St. Creston, BC. Friends wishing to make a memorial contribution may do so to the charity of their choice.
