LeBLANC, HENRI - Henri “Tum-Tum” LeBlanc, 61, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at The Moncton Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born August 31, 1950 in St-Antoine, he was the son of the late Hector and Laura (Goguen) LeBlanc. He was employed and lived in Gardner, MA for many years prior to moving to Moncton and was an avid Montreal Canadiens fan. He is survived by his wife, Nicole (née Buotte); his daughter, Karelle; his step-son, Mathieu; his granddaughter, Julie; three sisters: Edesse Landry (Gérard) of Bouctouche, Rita Maillet (Alphonse) and Thelma Williams, both of Gardner, MA; four brothers: Léo of Templeton, MA, Romeo and Donald (Beatrice), both of Gardner, MA, Raymond (Yvette) of Pennsylvania; many nieces, nephews and his best friend and companion, Kiwi. He is predeceased by three sisters and ten brothers.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday, from 10 a.m. until departure (10:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce R.C. Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton, Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
