At home on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, of Arthur Jenkins of Pownal, age 63 years.
Beloved brother of Beryl Wood. Arthur is also survived by his brother-in-law, Lloyd Murdock; nieces, Debby Salter and Becky Murdock; nephews, David and Donald Wood; and nieces and nephews in U.S.A. He was predeceased by his parents, Willard and Margaret (nee MacKinnon) Jenkins; his sisters, Joan Doucette and Joyce Murdock; and his brother-in-law, Claude Wood.
Family will receive friends and acquaintances at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, on Friday, October 30, 7-9 p.m. (only). There will be no funeral service by personal request. Interment will take place on Saturday, October 31, at 1:30 p.m. at Pownal Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
