Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit on October 31, 2011, Marguerite Giannou, age 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Ted (2002) and brother Ewart. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Karen (Ted Laurentius), son Bruce (Jackie), grandchildren Tim Giannou, Prince George, BC and Michael Giannou, step-grandchildren Erica Evely (Matthew) and Ted Laurentius Jr., Ottawa and step-great-grandchild Alaina Evely, brother-in-law Douglas Giannou (Betty) Dartmouth, NS. Also a wide circle of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends may visit the family at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. from St. James United Church.
