LEWIS, DAVID RANDAL - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of David Randal Lewis on October 31, 2011. Born March 6, 1946, he was the only son of the late Randal and Sylvia Lewis. Dave is survived by his three sons: Randy (Lisa Charlton), Jerry, and Patrick (Lisa Ivany), and their mother JoAnne… All of which he was very proud. Rest in peace, Dad. We love you.
