SULLIVAN, EILEEN M - 1921-2011 - REXTON, NB- Eileen Sullivan 90, of Rexton passed away peacefully at the Rexton Lions Nursing Home on Friday, November 4th, 2011. Born in Sorrel Ridge, Charlotte County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and late Annie (Tracy) O’Neil. Before retiring, she was a school teacher in Saint John, Elsipogtog (Big Cove), Rexton and St. Margaret’s. She was a member of the Rexton Catholic Women’s League and a former member of the Rexton Golden Age Club. Eileen will be sadly missed by her several nieces, nephews and friends. Eileen was predeceased by her husband; Leonard Sullivan (1984), one sister; Harriet Murphy and four brothers; John, Arthur, James and Hugh.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and Monday from 9:00 AM until time of funeral. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception R. C. Church, Rexton. Interment will be at St. James R.C. Cemetery, Kouchibouguac.
