CADIGAN, David James – Age 66 years (July 31st, 1945 – November 3rd, 2011) - Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his infant son Kenneth, niece Kristine Cadigan, parents James F. and Nora F. Cadigan, mother and father-in-law Jesse and Mary Manning. Left with many loving and happy memories the love of his life, wife Lorraine (Manning) Cadigan; his sisters: Mary (Len) Roche, Pat (Paul) Winterson, Nora (Tom - deceased) Myers, Lorraine (Leo) Cole; brothers: Gerry (Diana) Cadigan, Ron (Barbara) Cadigan; brothers and sisters-in-law: Pat (Beth) Manning, Helen (John) Poechman, Bob (Carol) Manning and William Manning. Also leaving with happy and fond memories nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends and his firefighter brothers of the St. John’s Regional Fire Department, as well as his favourite feline companion “Nipper.” Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, November 7th, 2011 at 10 a.m. from St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Outer Cove.
