We regret to announce the peaceful passing of Hezekiah Humby, age 91, from Summerville, at the Dr.G.B.Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on November 4, 2011. Predeceased by his wife, Delilah; parents, Samson and Rachel; sister, Rhoda and son, Roy. Leaving to mourn are his sons, Cyril (Jean), Chesley (Dorothy) and Baxter (Crystal); sister-in-law, Joy; 5 grandsons; 2 grand daughters; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Rested at the United Church, Summerville from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Joan Brinston, took place on Monday, November 7, 2011 with interment following. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Vardy's Funeral Home, Random Island.
