JACQUARD, “Lorraine” Helena – 72, Yarmouth, passed away October 31, 2011 at the Moncton City Hospital. Born May 27, 1939, Lorraine was the daughter of Cecelia (LeBlanc) Crosby and the late Carl Crosby. She loved Bingo and her favorite saying was “Clicky Click 66”. She also enjoyed watching horse racing and figure skating. She was a former employee of the Cotton Mill and Sweeny’s Fish Plant. Lorraine is survived by her children, Bernie Jacquard Jr. (Karen Prime), Dayton; David Jacquard, Yarmouth; Cheryl (Michael) Duckworth, Yarmouth; grandchildren, Lori-Anne McNair, Trevor Jacquard; great grandchildren, Carter and Dustin McNair; siblings, Shirley (Paul) Deveau, Tusket; John Crosby, Forest Glenn; Gail Muise, Dartmouth; Mike Crosby, Tusket; Billy Crosby, Tusket; Reigh (Eleanor) Crosby, Little River. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernie Jacquard Sr.; brother, Greg Crosby. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth, with visitation from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, November 3 with prayers at 7:30 p.m. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home chapel, Fr. John MacPherson officiating, with burial in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery on Saturday at 2 p.m. Family flowers only.
