Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Thursday, November 3, 2011, Pat Cron of Harbour Grace, age 96 years. Predeceased by parents: Dr. Charles and Irene Cron; infant sister: Joan; brothers: George 'Bus', and James; sister-in-law: Jeannette. Left to mourn, nephews: Dr. Charles (Marie) Cron, Halifax, NS, Robert Cron, Sudbury, ON and Bruce (Yvonne) Cron, Saskatoon, Sk.; niece: Heather (Stan) Moores, Harbour Grace; grandnephews: Richard, Guy, Charles and Eric; grandnieces: Jennifer, Sarah, Kristen, Lindsay and Rebecca; sister-in-law: Ivy Cron, Sudbury, ON; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rev. Linda Pike conducted the funeral service on Sunday, November 6 from Coughlan United Church, Harbour Grace. Interment took place in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
