CHADWICK, RONALD B - Ronald B Chadwick, 72, of Salisbury NB passed away on the 10th of November 2011. Born in New Glasgow NS May 30th, 1939. He was the son of the late Norman and Jessie (MacArthur) Chadwick. Ron was a retired employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia having served in several communities throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick for 40 years. He was a member of St Jude's Roman Catholic Church as well as a member of St Jude's choir in Salisbury NB. During his career he served on several committees and held various offices at seniors clubs, curling clubs and golf courses in New Brunswick. Ron is survived by his wife and best friend of over 49 years, Judy, his sons Duane/Dewey (Carla) of Riverview; Todd (Wendy) of Miramichi, five grand children: Hanna, Colby, Kale, Kennedy and Caleigh, his sisters Norma McChesney of Stellerton NS, Ann Adamson of Stellerton NS and his brother David of Caribou River NS as well as several nieces and nephews.
By personal request there will be no visitation prior to cremation and the funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 15th at 10:30 AM at St Jude's Parish in Salisbury NB. Father Phil Mulligan officiating. Reception will take place in the Parish Hall. Due to a severe allergy, the family requests no flowers or scents. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Jude’s Building Fund or the George Dumont Oncology Centre.
