Passed away at the Health Sciences Centre after a long and courageous battle with cancer on October 31, 2009, Patsy Wicks aged 56 years. Predeceased by her husband Dave (July, 2008), Mother and Father Jean and Don Hogan, brothers: Wayne and Bud Hogan. Left with fond and loving memories is her only child Natasha (Jason), and her pride and joy her grandson Nathan who will miss his Nanny so much, brothers and sisters: Ted (Betty), Butch (Gail), Bev (Rick) Kearsey, Bob (Joan), Gene (Margie), Marian, Tiny (Paula); sisters-in-law Charlene Ivany, Amelia Colbert, Martha Wicks in whom she cared for, Claudette (Lloyd) Brown; special nephew Colin Hogan and many other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, as well as many other special friends and relatives. A very special thank-you to Georgina Pottle for going the extra mile for us. Special thanks to Dr. C. Fontaine and staff at the clinic, Dr. Rourke, Dr. Greenland and especially Dr. Fiona O’Shea and all the nurses of the Cancer Clinic and of 4NA, HSC, especially, Nurse Flora, your thoughtfulness will always be remembered. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, November 4th, at 11 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or a charity of one’s choice.
