(Retired CN Employee)– Passed peacefully away to the land of eternal rest on Sunday, November 13th, 2011 at the Health Sciences Complex, a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, Peter Ignatius Lundrigan, age 79 years. Predeceased by son Donald (1999); parents: William and Marie (Esther Spurrell); brothers: James, Gerald, Alphonsus, Augustine, and John; sisters: Elizabeth Anne, Mary Theresa (Hicks), and Marion (Finlay); and special canine friend Major. Leaving to mourn are his devoted wife Marguerite; loving daughter Marie (John Hamilton); precious grandchildren: Emma and Katharine Hamilton; loving daughter-in-law Susan Perry; brother, Vincent (Rita) in Philadelphia, PA; special sister-in-law Mary Bransfield; along with other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday, November 17th, 2011 from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, November 18th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church, Patrick Street. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in Peter’s memory to the SPCA.
