NEIL, William (Bill) James (Bud)(Badger Bill)
After a short battle with pneumonia, Bill passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Langley Memorial Hospital of Friday, October 30, 2009, at the age of 80 years. Bill was predeceased by his parents George and Doris; sons Doug and Billy; sisters Doris, Joan, and Erma; and brother George. He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Jean; daughter Sandy(Glynne); son Bob; daughter in law Naomi; sisters Marge(John), and Marlene(Earl); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends. Growing up in Prince Albert, SK, Bill worked for 41 years with Canadian National Railway, and was very active in Scouts Canada for over 50 years. A Celebration of Bill's life will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2009, at Valley View Reception Lounge, Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14660 72 Ave., Surrey. In lieu of flowers, Bill's wishes are for memorials to Scouts Canada.
