Chisholm, Jack Warren
Jack passed away peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday October 27, 2009 at the age of 80. He will be lovingly survived by his wife Marjorie. Mother of his children Gladys Chisholm. Beloved father to Carol and Yves Poinsignon of Solgne France, Jill and Uwe Piribauer of Kingston and Andrea Chisholm and husband Mark Taylorson of Chatsworth, California. Cherished grandfather to Marc & Yannick Poinsignon, Marissa and Christopher Piribauer. Jack will be dearly missed by his brothers Greg of Toronto and Gary of Pictou, Nova Scotia. A private family service will be held at a later date. Final place of rest Leihigh Cemetery, Kitley Township.
