It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hazel Eisan announce her passing on Wednesday, November 16th, 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 91. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Al Eisan, Deer Lake, Adair Dyke (Ernest), Stephenville, grandchildren: Reggie Eisan, Ontario, Deborah Dyke, Calgary, Victoria Dyke, St John’s, sister-in-law Pricilla Moss, Pasadena and special nieces Emma Knott, Corner Brook and Edith Moss, Pasadena, as well are a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Reginald, granddaughter Elizabeth Dyke and a large circle of brothers and sisters. Visitation will take place on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 19th, at 2:00 p.m. from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, with Bishop Leonard Whitten officiating. Interment to follow at the Interdenominational Cemetery, Wight’s Road. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
