WINTERS, PHYLLIS J. – 89, of Parrsboro passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Highcrest Nursing Home, Springhill. Born in North Chappell, Sussex, England, she was a daughter of the late George and Lillian (Stevens) Nicholls. She is survived by sons, Paul (Margaret), Beaverbank; David, Burlington, Ont.; Derek, Parrsboro; Michael, Vancouver; sisters, Margaret, Freda; a brother, Frederick, all of England; 5 grandchildren; a great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband, Eldridge; sisters, May; brothers, Percy, David, Tom. A private family service will be held at a later date. Burial in St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Parrsboro.
