LEBLANC, LAURIE - 1953 – 2011 - Laurie LeBlanc, 58 of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Sainte-Marie de Kent, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Saturday, November 19th, 2011. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent on August 10th, 1953, he was the son of Christina (LeBlanc) LeBlanc of Bouctouche and the late Irènée LeBlanc (2008).
He was an avid Montreal Canadian fan. He will be sadly missed by his mother and his four siblings, Janice Bourque of Sainte-Anne de Kent, Diane Allain (Guy) of Saint-Joseph de Kent, Paul (Linda) of Bouctouche and Gilles (Rose-Marie) of Sainte-Marie de Kent. He also leaves to mourn his nieces and nephew, Sylvie, Christien, Isabelle, Nathalie, Melissa, and Joline and one great nephew Thomas. He was predeceased by one brother Joseph in infancy.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Monday, November 21st, 2011 from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Sainte-Marie de Kent Church on Tuesday, November 22nd, 2011 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
