It is with great sadness that Hughie Robert Lister passed suddenly on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Carbonear General Hospital, at the age of 67 years. He leaves to mourn Jeannie Flood-Lister; his twin brother Joe (Gaylynn) of Yale, B.C.; sister Sharon of Kamloops, B.C.; two step-sons David (Nancy) Flood of Quebec, Edward Flood (Anya) of Alberta; step-daughter Jackqueline Flood of Newfoundland; nine step-grandchildren & two step-great-grandchildren. In keeping with Hughie's wishes there will be no funeral. A gathering will be held on Thursday, November 24, 2011 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. at his residence 4327 Main Highway, Georgetown. Cremation has taken place and no visitation or service will take place at this time. Interment will follow at a later date.
