CHURCHILL, Leslie Sr.– Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family and friends at the Leonard A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit on November 24, 2011, Leslie Churchill Sr., age 83 years. Predeceased by his wife Mabel and daughter Linda Howell. Left with fond and loving memories daughter, Phyllis Miller; sons: Tom (Christine), Russell (Donna), Cornwall, ON, Leslie Jr. (Diane) and Wallace (Wendy), Lake Echo, NS; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law: Ron Churchill, Ontario and James Robinson, British Columbia and many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the nurses at the Palliative Care Unit. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Lawrence Anglican Church.
