On October 29, 2009 Alexandra Vivian (Alex) Wickstrom passed away at the age of 76 years.

Predeceased by her husband, David in January 2009, she is survived by her children Dawn Wickstrom, Arthur (Betty Ann) and Laurel Nelson and unofficial adopted son Bruce Vogel and her grandchildren Benjamin and Erin Wickstrom and Sean Nelson.

Alexandra was born May 25, 1933 in Carpenter, Saskatchewan. She has made her home in Kamloops since 1965.

A Celebration of Alexandra's life will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Schoening Funeral Chapel, 513 Seymour Street.

Should friends desire, donations to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation, 311 Columbia Street, Kamloops, B.C., V2C 2T1 in memory of Alexandra.
