DUFFY, HELEN E. - 1929 - 2011 - Helen Duffy, 82, passed away surrounded by her loving family at Kenneth Spencer Memorial Nursing Home on Monday, November 28, 2011. Helen’s passion was spending time at her trailer at K.O.K. in Caissie Cape during the summer months. Helen also enjoyed knitting for her church bazaar’s, family and friends. Helen will be deeply missed by her son Stephen Duffy (Martha) of Moncton, her daughter Karen Duffy (Carl Robicheau) of Beaver Bank. She is also survived by her grandson Micheal Duffy (Melanie) also by her granddaughter Melissa (Duffy) Yeomans (Mark) and great grandchild Ainsley Elizabeth Duffy. She was predeceased by her husband Frederick (Fred) Duffy and her parents Ruth and James Berton Forrest. Her aunt Helen Titley of La Chute, Quebec as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Fair Haven Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Thursday, December 1, 2011. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 2:00 pm followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Alderwoods Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
