Darlene Carol Bernard (Hall) of Mayberry district passed away quite unexpectedly, at the age of 73 on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Providence Place in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Darlene was born in Moose Jaw on April 28, 1936. She attended school at Bevitt School and Sion. Darlene is predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Doris Hall, in-laws, Jean and Amy Bernard, son-in-law, Brian Kerfoot. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 51 years, Bill; daughter Debra (Brad) Mutlow and grandson Daniel; daughter Bonnie (Michael) Keogan and grandchildren, David, Dillon and Fallon; son René and granddaughters Stephanie and Jessica and their mother Sandie; and son Noel (Rhea) and grandchildren Macala, Dana and Emmett: other family: Wayne (Dorothy) Hall, John (Edna) Bernard, Yvonne Bernard, Murray Bernard and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of Darlene’s life will be held at Zion United Church in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Douglas Hallman will officiate. Interment to follow at Sunset Cemetery. Memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 150 Albert Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4R 2N2 or to Providence Place Foundation, 100 – 2nd Avenue NE, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, S6H 1B8, would be appreciated.
