HEBBARD, William (Bill) – WWII Veteran. At the Lakeview Manor, Beaverton, on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, in his 90th year, Bill Hebbard, formerly of St. John’s, N.L. Beloved brother of Ruth and husband Garnet Brown of Lagoon City. Predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
