BLOOMQUIST, Ronald Wayne – August 4, 1937 to November 7, 2009. It is with great sorrow that the family announce the passing of Ronald Wayne Bloomquist on November 7th, 2009 at the age of 72 at the Assiniboia Union Hospital, Assiniboia, Sask. Predeceased by his parents Ella and Carl Bloomquist, his beloved wife Donna (nee Salaba); precious daughter Laurel; three brothers: Clarence, Gordon and Lloyd; one sister Vivian. Ron is survived by his four children: Kelly (Yvette), Richard (Ginnette), Heather (Rob) Mawson, Ward (Kim); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister Joyce Magnuson; numerous nieces and nephews, and partner Marlene Carswell. Interment will take place on Friday, November 13th, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery, Assiniboia, Sask. followed by A Celebration of Ronald’s Life at the Kinsmen Kin Hut, 711 - 1st Street W., Assiniboia, Sask. from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined.
