(Nee Clark) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in the presence of her loving family, Violet Parsons in her 82nd year. Violet was born and raised in St. John's , NL. Violet was a lifetime member of the A.C.W., Beta Signa Phi, and the I.O.D.E., she was very devoted and these groups were very dear to her. Predeceased by her husband Robert Parsons and her two sisters Leona and Vera. Leaving to celebrate her life son Clark (Phyllis); two grandsons Robert and Charles. Also leaving with fond and loving memories a circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Sunday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Monday form 10 a.m.to 12 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Monday, February 25, 2008 at 2 p.m. from St. Michael's Of All Angels on St. Clare Avenue Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
