At the Kings County Memorial Hospital in Montague on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, of Merlin Quinn of Cardross, age 82 years.
Devoted husband of Edna Maye (nee Praught). Loving father of Ronita (Vince) Baird, Gail, Eddy and Tara (Brian) Wood. Cherished grandfather of Patrick, Mark, Anna and Tristan. Dear brother of Evelyn Hughes, Charlottetown; Marie Ormond, Hamilton, ON; Richardena Whalen, Charlottetown; Irene MacDonald, Hamilton, ON; Eugene (Elaine) Quinn, Sault St. Marie, ON; and sister-in-law, Patricia Quinn, Boston, Massachusetts. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, William Quinn.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home until Friday at 10 a.m., then to All Saint's Church, Cardigan, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery. Visitation: Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
