The family of Helen Baxendale would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathies and support during this difficult time. Special thanks to Dr. Peter Poulos and Cory for their continued care and help over the years, the Northside Homemakers Services Society and all the care givers that attended Mom. She loved and appreciated each and every one of you. We would also like to thank the daily care givers, especially the late Anna Coakly, for their friendly and dedicated support; also Laurie Fraser for her help during Mom's illness. Thank you to the staff of the Northside General Hospital for the support they have provided and to the staff on fourth flour west for their continued care during Mom's time at the end. We would also like to thank Fr. Tomas John and Fr. JJ MacDonald for their prayers and services; the staff at JM Jobes Funeral Home who made this difficult time much easier; the Retired Registered Nurses Association for their touching honour guard during the services. A special thanks to the pall bearers who all were dear to Mom's heart; Sharon Annette and the combined choir for the excellent music during the services; the readers at the service; Sr. Lorraine for her efforts and being a special friend to Mom. We would also like tot say thank you to all the neighbours and friends that sent food, Mass cards, sympathy cards, /emails and donations to the Alzheimer's Society. We have probably missed someone inadvertently but the family wants you to know we are forever thankful for all that you have done.
