At the Palliative Care Unit, Prince Edward Home, on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, of John G. Morrell, Marshfield, age 44 years. Beloved husband of Cathy (nee Blanchard). Dear father of Zachary. Lovingly remembered by his mother and step-father Matilda “Tillie” and Elbert MacEwen. Brother of Elsie Morrell (Phil Chaisson), Donna McLaren (John, deceased), Danny, Darlene Mallard, Marilyn Penny (Bobby), Kathy Stewart (Alan), Earle (Cindy). Brother-in-law of Peter Mallard and Ruth Mills. John is remembered by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Leslie Morrell and by his parents-in-law, Allan and Georgina Blanchard. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Visitation Friday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
