At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, December 17, 2011, of E. Josephine MacDonald (nee MacLean) of Charlottetown, formerly of Newport, age 94 years, wife of the late Angus Dan MacDonald.
Loving mother of Bette McAree (Merlin), Newport; Mary Jo MacDonald, Charlottetown; Jerryldine MacDonald (Tom), Charlottetown; and Charlie MacDonald (Karen), Charlottetown. Grandmother of Jeanne, Darin, Kent and Megan McAree and Bradley MacDonald. Sister of Rita Sigsworth (Newman) and sister-in-law of Domnic Vincelli, Montreal.
Predeceased by her granddaughter, Sherri Lynn MacDonald; parents, Cassie and William MacLean,;by her brothers, Charles and Ernest MacLean; by her sisters, Agatha Vincelli and Lucille Fenn (John); by her parents-in-law, Mamie and Jerome MacDonald; and by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Elizabeth and Laurence Hennessey, Charles and Ellen MacDonald, George and Mary MacDonald and Mickey and Marguerite MacDonald.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. then forwarded to St. George’s Roman Catholic Church, St. George’s, for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment in St. George’s Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
