Georgie Fern (Kinch) Thomas, formerly of Alberton, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Sunnybrook Science Health Centre in Toronto, Ont., after heart surgery. She was 73 years old. Predeceased by her husband, Jack. Daughter of the late George and Gladys Kinch of Alberton. Survived by sons Bobby and Eugene and granddaughters Ashley and Jasmine, all of Vancouver, B.C.; sisters Margaret (Roy) Jeffery, Naveta Chappell, Betty (Clarence) Arsenault, Faye (Wyman) Ellis, Pearl Levesque, Wilma (Gerald) Beamish, Roma Mathews, May Kinch, Linda (Keith) Taylor and Susan Kinch; brothers George "Junior" (Lila) Kinch, Barry (Nora) Kinch, Jack (Della) Kinch and Boyd Kinch; stepson Peter (Veta) Thomas; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Douglas and Blair Kinch. Following cremation interment will take place in Oakville, Ont.
