Born at O’Leary on July 17, 1912, daughter of the late Sanford and Lillian (Rayner) Phillips. Cherished mother of Leigh (Janet), Summerside. Loving grandmother of Allen Vatcher , CFB Trenton, Ont. Dear sister of Maude MacDonald, O’Leary. Sister-in-law of Ruby (Vatcher) Currie, Brantford, Ont. Predeceased by an infant daughter Evelyn, sisters Muriel (Phillip) Thomson, Blanche (Rev Garland) Brooks, brothers Earle (Mae) Phillips, Waldo (Marjorie) Phillips and brother-in-law Edward MacDonald. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the Knutsford Cemetery.
