Born in O’Leary on July 17, 1912, daughter of the late Sanford and Lillian (Rayner) Phillips. Cherished mother of Leigh (Janet), Summerside. Loving grandmother of Allen Vatcher, CFB Trenton, Ont. Dear sister of Maude MacDonald, O’Leary. Sister-in- law of Ruby (Vatcher) Currie, Brantford, Ont. Predeceased by an infant daughter Evelyn, sisters Muriel (Phillip) Thomson, Blanche (Rev Garland) Brooks, brothers Earle (Mae) Phillips, Waldo (Marjorie) Phillips and brother-in law Edward MacDonald. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O’Leary, with visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral on Wednesday in the chapel at 11am. Interment to follow in the Knutsford Cemetery.
