Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home Carbonear, on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, Mrs. Lucy Burrage of New Perlican, age 91 years. Predeceased by husband Walter, son Samuel and son-in-law Rex Cole. Leaving to mourn three daughters Florence Piercey (Edgar), Winterton, Eleanor Burrage, Chamberlains, Lillian Cole, New Perlican, daughter-in-law Rowena Burrage. Seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, sister Amy Currie, Britannia, brother John Pottle (Rev. Elsie) Whiteway. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Greens Funeral Home, Winterton. Visitation will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Nov 17, 2009 at 10 a.m. from Greens Funeral Home. Interment at St. Augustines Anglican Cemetery, New Perlican.
