Formerly of Little Harbour West, Placentia Bay, age 64 years. Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit surrounded by his loving family after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, December 17, 2011. Predeceased by his mother and father Elizabeth and Thomas Walsh, sister Monica Lake and brothers: Raymond and Gus. Leaving to mourn his daughters: Kim Walsh (Mark), Tina Sorensen (Edward) and Kelly; son Adrian; grandchildren: Larissa, Cody and Emily; brothers and sisters: Jack (Catherine), Tom (Junior) (Florence), Loretta Lake (Dennis), Kathy Callahan (Mike), Betty O’Brien (Jim); sisters-in-law: Julia and Renée; along with a large number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; special aunt and godmother Mary Power (Ray) and long time friends at Mobile First Pond. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, December 20th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist.
