BELLINGER, ANTHONY MICHAEL (P.Eng./BASc.) 1927-2011 - The passing of Anthony “Tony” Michael Bellinger, of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, December 20, 2011. Born in Coventry, England on July 8, 1927, he was the son of the late Leo Charles and Carmel Claire (O’Shea) Bellinger. Anthony was a Professional Engineer, having been employed with Neill and Gunter until his retirement. Survived by his wife of 60 years Grace (Firth); sons, Peter (Kathryn) of Nova Scotia, Jeffrey (Teresa) of Alberta; daughter Lissa Profit of Prince Edward Island; grandchildren Stacey Evans, Lindsay Bellinger, Eric, David, and Emily Bellinger, Gregory, Jordan and Ryan Profit; great grandchildren Daniel, Timothy, Matthew, Noah and Darius; special brother and sister-in- law Bob and Joyce Flindall; niece Sharron Valley (Garry); nephew Rick Black (Sandy) all of Ontario; special angel Irene Sealy of Fredericton. Predeceased by a special son-in-law Gerald Profit (December 24, 2010).
The family will receive condolences at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 12 to 2 PM, followed by a service at the chapel with Rev. Bob Flindall (P.Eng./BASc./M.Div.) officiating.
