Passed peacefully away at Pentecostal Seniors Citizen’s Home, Clarke’s Beach on Monday, November 16, 2009, Mrs. Mary Roach of Bay Roberts, aged 89 years. Predeceased by parents Richard and Franny (nee Badcock) Morgan; husband Edward Roach; son Eric Maxwell Roach; son-in-law David Badcock; sister Ethel (Edmund) Mercer; brothers: Robert (Phoebe) Morgan, Alex (Florence) Reginald Morgan. Leaving to mourn: son Eric (Olive) Roach; daughters: Hazel Badcock, Helen (Gerald) Mercer, Sandra (Joseph) Molloy; sister-in-law Vera Morgan; ten grandchildren: Sheree (Wayne) Janes, Lynne (Rev.’d Bill) Strong, Lori Mercer, Gerry (Kim) Mercer, Stephen and Michael Molloy, Michelle Roach, Geoff (Louise) Roach, Denise (Greg) Mercer, Darryl (Jodi) Roach; eight great grandchildren; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Moore’s Funeral Home, Bay Roberts. Visitation Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday 2 to 5 p.m., 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 11 a.m. from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, Bay Roberts. Interment in the St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cemetery, Coley’s Point. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a church or charity of one’s choice.
