The death occurred peacefully with her children by her side at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 of Pauline Mary LeClair (nee Arsenault) of Summerside, aged 97 years. Pauline was born on June 2, 1914 in Long River, P.E.I. to her late parents Emmanuel and Agnes Arsenault. Beloved wife of the late Bradford LeClair and loving mother of Simone (Paul) Trenholm and Danny all of Summerside. Also lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Survived by her sister, Eileen of Winnipeg. Besides her parents, Pauline was predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Harold, Roland, Reggie, Willard, Clifford, Ella and Mildred. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Tuesday, Dec. 27, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery. Visiting hours on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations in Pauline’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Summerset Manor Equipment Fund would be greatly appreciated .
