It is with great sadness that the family of the late Doris E. Watt announce her passing on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Interfaith Home, Corner Brook at the age of 95 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Colin Watt of Halifax, Margaret Wade (Glen) of Halifax, William Watt of Calgary, James Watt (Rhona) of Corner Brook, Susan Scott-Welsh (Carl) of London, GB; her sister Florence Arklie (Angus) of Botwood, NL. She is predeceased by her parents William and Sophie Waterman of Twillingate, NL, husband Andrew Wallace Watt, daughter-in-law Sharon Watt, brother Fred Waterman, sisters: Minnie Locke, Violet (Pat), and Ruby Nichols. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday. November 21, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Wayne Cole officiating. Interment will take place in Twillingate at a later date. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of the Interfaith Home.
