age 68 years. Passed peacefully away December 28th, 2011, surrounded by her loving family at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Seymour Chafe. Leaving to mourn her five loving children: Debbie (Kelvin), Linda (Rick), Ivy (J.J.), Dale (Lorna), John (Karen); ten precious grandchildren, who will sadly miss their Nan: Jimmy (Cynthia), Tyler, Brandon, Brittney, Tasha, Alyssa, Deanna, Destiny, Kailey & Hannah; one darling great-granddaughter Lyla. Also leaving to mourn her parents John and Hannah Senior; sister Suzanne (Jack); brother Albert (Heather); special cousin & best friend Lil; bingo buddy Mary; also a large circle of family and friends.
