GUERRA, Julia Mary (Doucette, Fox) – 92, of Yarmouth, passed away at Villa St. Joseph du-Lac on Monday, December 26, 2011, with family by her side. Julia was a daughter of the late Alphee and Adeline (Gavel) Doucette. Julia was a born again Christian. She loved her dog, “Lady”. She will be remembered as a loving, kind and gentle woman. She was the beloved mother of Phyllis (Victor) Smith; loved grandmother of Robert (Pam) Robichaud, Judy (David) Durkee, Timothy (Amanda) Robichaud; great-grandmother to four and great great-grandmother to one; also remembered by her sisters, Alice Earle, Mildred (Bernard) Bourque and brother, Harold (Phyllis) Doucette. She was predeceased by husbands, Percy, Ed and Joe; sisters, Blanche, Mildred and Anne; brothers, Harvey, Howard and Alfred. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation took place Thursday, December 29 from 1 p.m. until funeral service began at 2 p.m., at Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Robert Baker officiated. Interment followed in Chebogue Cemetery.
