The death occurred suddenly at his late residence on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, of Edward Paul Gaudet of Charlottetown, and formerly of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 54 years. Edward was born on June 18, 1955, in Summerside, P.E.I., to his late parents, Donald and Anita Gaudet. Survived by his sister, Nancy (Duane) Curry of Summerside, his brother, Donald Jr. “Donnie” (Gabrielle) of Waterloo, Ont., and nieces, Janie of Central Bedeque, and Susan of Calgary Alta. Also lovingly remembered by several other nieces and nephews. Resting at East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Monday, Nov. 23, for funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service. Memorial donations in Edward’s memory to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
