Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles Home on November 20, 2009, Stephen Penney, aged 94 years. Predeceased by his wife Letta in June 2007. Leaving to mourn his daughter Marie Corey (Darrell); granddaughter Jennifer (AJ); niece Daphne Brewster of New Brunswick; as well as other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Hoyles Home. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral Service to take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 23, 2009 from the Anglican Parish of St. Michael and All Angels. Cremation to follow the service.
