McLELLAN, EILEEN GILMOR (CRAIG) (GOSS) - 1922-2011 - Eileen McLellan of St. Stephen passed away at St. Albert, Alberta on December 29, 2011. Born in Bonny River on July 28, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Daisy Craig. Eileen will be sadly missed by her husband, Fred (Buster) McLellan, of St. Stephen; daughter, Sandra (Rudy) Christen, of Morinville, Alberta; son, Gerald (Jan), of Billerica, Massachusetts; son, Glenn (Margie), of Fredericton; ten grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren, sisters, Florence (Chambers) and Shirley (Hatt); and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Arlington Goss; her son, Larry; and sisters, Mildred (McDonald), Frances (Justason), Edith (Hamilton) and Mary (Steen). Eileen was a nurse at the Charlotte County Hospital in St. Stephen for most of her working life.
According to Eileen’s wishes, she was cremated in St. Albert and a private family service will be held in the upcoming spring. If desired, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Society http://www.alzheimernb.ca would be appreciated by the family.
