We, the family of the late Edwin Cann, wish to express our most sincere thanks and appreciation to friends, family and neighbours for their kindness and support during our recent loss. To all who sent sympathy cards, flowers, food, charitable donations and email condolences. To Rev. Maggie Coleman for her support, comfort and beautiful celebration of Ed's life. To Members of the Sydney Fire Department for the Honor Guard and moving prayers and readings at Ed's service. To Members of Branch 12 of the Royal Canadian Legion for their touching ceremonies during the service. To Wayne Weatherbee and the staff at Sydney Memorial Chapel for their compassion and guidance. A special thank you to all those who helped care for Ed during the final years of his life. The many doctors and nurses, palliative care and his caregivers Emily MacQueen, Rose Conohan, Dianne Manning, Kathy Gaglio and Marie Mombourquette.
