Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex in the presence of her family on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, Audrey Margaret Mercer, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Lewis; parents James and Lilly Stevens; brothers: Tom, Allan (Phyllis); sister Shirley (Rev. Boyce Elliott). Leaving to mourn her twin brother Frank (Florence); sons: David (Sandra), Frank (Sharon), Douglas (Andrea), Tom (Therese); nine grandchildren and three special great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Thursday, January 6, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held at Barrett’s Chapel on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
